DECLARA DE UTILIDADE PÚBLICA MUNICIPAL A ASSOCIAÇÃO DOS MORADORES DO BAIRRO RIBEIRÃO DO LIPA, COM SEDE E FORO NESTA CAPITAL.

Faço saber que a Câmara Municipal de Cuiabá aprovou, e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:

Art. 1º Fica declarado de Utilidade Pública Municipal a ASSOCIAÇÃO DE MORADORES DO BAIRRO RIBEIRÃO DO LIPA, com sede e foro nesta Capital, entidade civil sem fins lucrativos, com todos os direitos e prerrogativas constantes em lei.

Art. 2° Esta Lei entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.

Art. 3° Revogam-se as disposições em contrário.
